A Little Note About Trade Pricing on Hair Extensions

I want to clear something up regarding clients who purchase hair extensions through me at trade prices.

The discounted prices I can access are available because I’ve invested time, money, and training into my professional courses and supplier accounts. These are trade-only prices that aren’t available to the general public.

When I order extensions for clients, I may add a small amount onto the trade cost. This covers my time, ordering, administration, and allows me to make a profit as a business. Even with this small markup, clients are still making significant savings—often close to £100 less than retail prices.

Because these are supplied at trade rates through my professional account, receipts for the supplier’s trade pricing will not be provided. Clients are paying my price as the supplier and stylist, not the supplier’s direct trade cost.

I always aim to help my clients save money where I can, but please understand that running a business involves costs, training, and expertise. If you’re receiving professional products at heavily discounted prices, I ask that this is respected and appreciated.
