** C L I E N T N O T I C E **

It comes with a heavy heart to let you all know that unfortunately I am closing the Rose Nail & Beauty Lounge Ltd business with immediate effect.

It’s been a really tough decision for me, but when I get back to work from maternity leave, between looking after my family, working another job and trying to support another family business aswell as keep the family home running, it just won’t be sustainable. I cannot give it the amount of hours it needs to be successful.

I’ve put my heart and soul in to this business over the past couple of years as it’s what saved me from rock bottom after Louie died so I hope you can appreciate that it’s been really difficult for me to do this.

Thank you so much for being loyal customers over the past few years. I am eternally grateful that you chose to put your trust in me to do your treatments. I don’t just feel like I’ve built up a network of clients, but instead a network of friends who I know enjoyed coming for a chin wag with me as much as I did with you!

Baby Gabriella Rose was born on Thursday 9th April - much to our shock she decided she was ready to arrive early on her own!

We are besotted, baby is super content, Finley is a brilliant big Brother and we are loving the baby bubble 🫧

I can’t quite believe that it’s finally here!

Today was my last day in the salon as I’m going off on Maternity leave ready to welcome our baby girl in a few weeks!

It’s been a pleasure pampering you all for the last couple of years! I’ve grown some lovely friendships through the salon and will miss our agony aunt sessions whilst I’m off 🤭

The last few weeks have taken there toll on me physically so I’m looking forward to a little rest before madam arrives!

As explained to all clients, as soon as I’ve decided on a return date I’ll be in touch with you all to confirm!

As some of you will be aware last week my son had to go for an urgent MRI scan. Long story short the sedation failed so he has to have another. When this will be, I have no idea, it is still being arranged on an urgent basis. Therefore, appointments up until this has been done could be affected. I may have to make cancellations/amendments to your appointments as late as on the day! We are at the mercy of the hospital at the moment.

This is far from ideal, but my little man’s health comes first. I will keep everyone up to date if appointments are affected. If you don’t hear from me, still come to your appointment as usual.

Client Notice

So I’ve decided I’m not taking anymore appointments before I go off on maternity leave on 25th March..

Things are getting progressively harder and so that I don’t end up burnt out and can still complete the appointments I have booked in, I’ve decided not to take on any further appointments.

Apologies for any inconvenience, I’m almost sure all regulars are booked in and I wasn’t taking on any new clients at this time either.

As I’m nearing the end of my pregnancy I am having more regular appointments, scans and consultant meetings etc so this means it could affect your appointments.

I try my best to work around what I already have booked in and especially now everyone is trying to get booked in before I finish for maternity the diary is filling up, but sometimes there will be occasions where I’ll need to move appointments to accommodate baby appointments.

I hope everyone can understand my position and how baby inevitably takes priority. I’ll be in touch with anyone as soon as I know if/when there are any clashes to any appointments on the run up to my leave commencing.

It doesn’t quite feel real typing this, preparing to finish work for another baby!!

My last day in the salon will be Wednesday 25th March 2026, then the salon will be closed until further notice for me to take some time off with my family and baby girl.

I’m not sure yet when I will be reopening the salon, but as soon as I have figured out a routine etc I will let everyone know!

If you have any events or upcoming holidays that you need to get booked in to prepare for, please message me as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. At present I am still able to complete all treatments and again will keep clients updated if I have to temporarily suspend any due to my ability.

Once again, thank you to all my clients for understanding, I know how incredibly frustrating it is having to arrange something temporary for your treatments, but I will be back!!
