Apprenticeship week!! Here is one of our level 2 apprentices Rosie telling us why she loves her apprenticeship 💇🏻‍♀️
I enjoy being a hairdressing apprentice because it gives me hands-on experience in a real salon environment while learning new techniques every day. I like working with different people and making clients feel happy and confident with their hair. It’s exciting to see my progress and gain more independence as I improve my skills. Learning from experienced hairdressers has helped me grow in confidence and professionalism, and it has confirmed that hairdressing is the career I want to pursue.
