Have you heard of Transbuccal Facial Massage?
It is a facial massage technique that combines external and intraoral manual work.
The intraoral element allows the therapist to work with areas that are not usually reached during a traditional facial massage.
It is a very different experience from a classic relaxing facial massage.
For me, it is another example of how much more there is to facial manual therapy than simply applying products to the skin.

Why is Manual Lymphatic Drainage so gentle?
One of the first things people notice about MLD is how light the touch can feel.
But gentle does not mean simple.
The technique requires control, precision and an understanding of the areas being worked on.
Unlike a traditional massage, MLD does not rely on deep pressure.
The movements are slower, lighter and much more subtle.
