To everyone who has been on this journey with me thank you so much !

So sorry to have to write this but I have decided to close the sessions until at least January !
My temper is better than my health at the minute so until it's the other way round I have had to make this decision !!
I would just like to say a massive well done to all my ladies who have lost weight successfully without it costing them a fortune and not forgetting my only fella in the group billy who lost an amazing 17lbs in just 4 weeks and thank you to his wife for letting us have the pleasure of working with him every Monday night !
Lastly thank you to valentines cafe for the use of the venue !! Love to everyone I'll be back xx
