✨️Polite Christmas notice✨️

Hey. As this is a very busy time of year for everyone it's essential that I take measures to ensure my business runs smoothly so that everyone can go about their busy schedules. I am fully booked now until after Christmas and I have a long cancelation list for clients that were unable to get in for an appointment.

I hope you all understand that as a small business I have chosen to take the following steps for my own and clients needs as a matter of necessity.

Any cancellations over December into New Year will need to be 48 hours prior to the appointment, a cancelation fee of half the appointment amount will need to be paid otherwise. If an appointment needs to be cancelled I have no availability to reschedule before Christmas, however your name will be added to the cancelation list and I will contact anyone in order, if a space becomes available.
