☀️ HOLIDAY MODE: ACTIVATING ☀️

Just a little heads-up that I will be out of the country from Sunday evening for a week in the sun🍹✈️

If you’ve sent me a message recently and I’ve not replied yet, I promise I’m not ignoring you. This week has been absolute chaos and there has been less wiggle room in my diary than there is in a pair of skinny jeans after an all-inclusive buffet. Most of you know I’ll always do my best to help where I can, squeeze people in, move things around and perform minor miracles when needed.

However, your friendly neighbourhood nail tech is currently working six by 12-hour days back-to-back, running on nail dust, caffeine and just enough ADHD medication to drag myself (un)gracefully across the finish line. Add in a dodgy thumb, approximately three minutes of sleep, and a brain that’s been running Windows 95 with 207 tabs open since Tuesday means things are getting a little spicy by now …. For example googling do penguins have knees when it randomly pops into my head when I should be knocking out some zzzs. 😅

So if I haven’t managed to fit everyone in before I go, please know it’s not for lack of trying. I have stretched this diary further than a cheap pair of Primark leggings and unfortunately I’ve finally reached the point where there’s no more elastic to stretch!

Next week I will be swapping chrome powder for cocktails, cuticle oil for sun cream, and appointment reminders for doing absolutely nothing.

Thank you all for your patience, understanding and for keeping me so busy. I appreciate every single one of you more than you know.

Honestly pushing you into your training and getting you into the salon was one of the best decisions we ever made… even though at the time I think we both had those secret little - what if this goes horribly wrong, we claw each others eyes out and throw a drama gr***de into the family dynamic 😂

Watching you grow and flourish (not just at work but in everything else) makes me so proud. You work so hard, not just in the obvious ways people see, but in all the behind the scenes things you do for me too, you know…. the things you think I don’t notice. I notice all of it. More than you know 🩷

You’re not just my lil sis and spicy brained work partner, you’ve become my best friend too (I know, I know, you only have 1 friend ((IYKYK)).

I know I don’t say it enough, usually because my super spicy brain is to busy being in survival mode, or there’s some insane drama happening or am just running with 427 tabs open in my brain BUT whatever fresh chaos life seems to sling shot at me that week I know you got my back! I love you so much sis. I’m so proud of you and everything we have accomplished so far….
