✨ A Little Update ✨
I want to reassure all of my lovely clients that my prices are not increasing in April as they normally would. In a world with rising costs everywhere it will unfortunately have to happen eventually but I'm holding this off as long as I possibly can. Your continued support means everything to me, and keeping my services accessible is really important to me. 💛
However, to help manage appointments more fairly and reduce last-minute cancellations or no-shows, from April I will now be introducing a new deposit policy for bookings.
All bookings already in the diary will not be affected.
📅 What this means: • A small deposit will now be required when booking your appointment
• The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service on the day
• Deposits are non-refundable in the event of late cancellations or missed appointments
This helps to protect appointment time for both myself and clients who are waiting for slots.
