I am incredibly excited and proud to share that I am now completing the Master Path in the Sculpted Glow Method, following an intensive private immersion with my teacher and the method’s creator, Ganga Devi.

I am continuing through a year-long period of mentorship, practice and integration under her guidance, developing my teaching through continued observation, refinement and experience.

The Sculpted Glow Method is Ganga’s own methodology, developed through her many years of yoga, face yoga, therapeutic work and exploration of the relationship between the face, body, mind and emotions. It is informed by yogic principles and is so much more than a facial exercise routine.

During the workshop, you will be guided through the complete Sculpted Glow sequence and discover how your face responds when you release tension, activate the muscles correctly and become more aware of your facial movements.

From our magical beach event, Reiki training and hair extension training, to ending the weekend singing with Elyse and a group of truly amazing women… I’m so happy🤍

I feel incredibly blessed to be surrounded by such genuine, talented and authentic people. I’m so happy to be doing what I’m doing and this weekend has reminded me just how fortunate I am.
