✨🌿 Forest Bathing, Gentle Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra & Sacred Sound Healing 🌿✨

We are so excited to share this beautiful experience with you, beautiful souls. 🤍

Join us on Sunday 16th August for a soul-nourishing evening of Forest Bathing, Gentle Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra Meditation & Sound Healing, where we will gather in the loving embrace of nature to slow down, reconnect and nourish our mind, body and spirit.

Together, we’ll mindfully wander through the woodland, breathing deeply, grounding into the Earth’s energy and opening our hearts to the wisdom of the trees. We’ll then move into a gentle Yin Yoga practice, allowing the body to soften, the mind to quieten and your whole being to become fully immersed in the beauty, stillness and healing energy of the forest.

From there, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra Meditation, often known as yogic sleep where you can surrender completely, release what no longer serves you and journey into a place of profound peace and inner stillness.

We’ll complete our evening with a Sacred Sound Healing Journey, letting the soothing vibrations wash over you, bringing balance to your energy, calming your nervous system and leaving you feeling deeply restored, grounded and connected.

This is your invitation to pause, to simply be and to reconnect with yourself, Mother Earth and the magic that surrounds us. Let the forest hold you, let your breath guide you and let the healing frequencies nourish every part of your being.

What an incredible evening at Redcar Beach!

Around 400 people came together for Michael and Rachel’s amazing beach event (), and what a night it was! For just £5, there were stalls, inspiring speakers, saunas, yoga, meditation, breathwork, beautiful singing and so much more. The atmosphere was simply magical.

It has inspired us even more to bring something truly special to Seaham and Seaburn. We can’t wait for you all to experience one of these magical nights, which is why we’re collaborating with to bring this incredible community experience to our local beaches.

We’re keeping our prices low because we want these events to be accessible to everyone and the more people who join us, the more we can offer in the future.

We’re planning a spectacular New Moon Beach Event on 11th September, and we’d love for you to be part of it. If you’re interested, send us a message and come and experience something really special.

We’ll also be heading back to Michael and Rachel’s next event on 25th August, and we can’t wait! We will let you know when tickets go on sale for his event

Each month explores a different conversation around the realities of midlife, emotional wellbeing and reconnecting with yourself in a relaxed, welcoming space where there's no pressure to have all the answers.

Good morning beautiful souls.

There is something truly sacred about beginning the day surrounded by people whose hearts are genuine. This morning’s walk was a beautiful reminder that life’s greatest blessings are not measured by what we own, but by the love, loyalty and kindness of those who choose to walk beside us.

To my incredible friends, thank you for your unwavering support, your faithfulness and for always being there through every step of the journey. Your friendship is a gift I treasure and a reminder that God places the right people in our lives for a reason.

Today, I choose gratitude. I choose to see every sunrise as a fresh beginning, every challenge as an opportunity to grow and every blessing big or smallas a reason to give thanks.

May we all continue to walk in faith, lead with love, lift one another up and never underestimate the power of a kind heart or a faithful friend. The light we share with others has a way of shining back into our own lives.

Our Coffee Mornings are back tomorrow and Friday, from 10:00am–12:00pm at Inside Out. ☕🍰

We’d absolutely love for you to join us! It’s just a £5 contribution to the CIC, and it’s all about bringing beautiful ladies together to chat, support, encourage and uplift one another in a relaxed, welcoming space.

My heart is so full as I sit here reflecting on today. 🤍✨

I just want to say the biggest, most heartfelt thank you to every single soul who came along to the Zensational event today. What we created together was so much more than an event, it was a coming together of beautiful souls, open hearts and healing energy.

There is something truly magical that happens when like minded people gather with love, kindness and the intention to lift one another. The vibration in that room was something I’ll never forget. You could feel the energy, the connections being made and the healing taking place. It reminded me exactly why I started this journey.

To our incredible stall holders, thank you for sharing your gifts, your wisdom and your beautiful energy with everyone who walked through the doors. Your displays were amazing, but even more than that, your kindness, guidance and passion touched so many lives today. You did us all so proud.

To our special guest, Mayor of Seaham, Milford Lingard, thank you so much for joining us and for your wonderful speech. Your support meant so much, and we were truly honoured to welcome you. And thankyou to seaham county counsellors who came and supported this

A huge thank you to Daniel Bolton who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to bring this vision to life and somehow managed to keep both me and your mam grounded throughout it all! None of this would have been possible without you.

As I sit here tonight, I feel nothing but gratitude.

Gratitude for the journey that has brought me here.

Gratitude for every lesson, every challenge and every blessing.

And above all, gratitude for every beautiful soul who crossed my path today.

I truly believe the Universe brings people together for a reason. Today wasn’t about one person it was about community, connection, healing and love. Together we created a space where people felt seen, heard, supported and inspired.

This is only the beginning. The seeds we planted today will continue to grow, and I know the ripple effect of the love, kindness and healing shared will reach far beyond these walls.
