So tonight after Tai Chi I taught a TASTER TAI CHI STYLE CIRCUIT CLASS ..12 Ladies took part and worked really hard in this heat, so well done.
☯️We warmed up
☯️Did a 5 Station Low Impact Exercise Circuit x2
☯️Cooled Down
☯️Short Meditation

We had a great time, good laugh and worked out.
Going forward I would like to offer this class
