I will now be using an online booking system for all future appointments. Unfortunately after having a number of last minute cancellations/ no shows, a 25% deposit will be required upon booking to secure the appointment. Please be aware that until the deposit is paid and you receive confirmation the appointment is not secured.
Deposits are none refundable but can be moved if at least 48 hours before the appointment time, anything after that will require a new deposit.
