Following the most recent government announcements regarding the lifting of many of the CoVid-19 restrictions with effect from 19th of July 2021, we have reviewed the current legislation against our own policies.

Throughout the pandemic our priority has always been the safety & welfare of our customers & staff. Everyone has been very supportive & we’re grateful
for that. In order to maintain those standards & to help avoid anxiety associated with the increasing infection rates, face masks are to be maintained as a mandatory requirement of entry to & service within the salon.

Please continue to support our policies, they are applied to protect everyone but take the anxieties of the most concerned into consideration.

Observing the Hands, Face, Space guidance will help in tackling the spread of the virus. Remember to:

Wash your hands regularly for 20 seconds with soap and water or use hand sanitiser.

Keep a safe two-metre distance, meet outside where possible, avoid crowded places, do not meet up with anyone outside your home if you have Covid-19 symptoms.

You must wear a face covering on public transport, in shops and in indoor public spaces.

A polite reminder to anyone attending an appointment at Bright Sparx that the safety & welfare of our customers & staff remains our number one priority.

Whilst you will always receive the same excellent service our Risk Assessment process is under constant review & we will continue operate in a manner compliant with what we consider to be best practice.

As a consequence PPE will be worn at all times by customers & staff - it will be made available to customers upon arrival. If you are unable or unwilling to comply with this simple polite request then please contact the salon & postpone your appointment until such times as you are prepared to comply fully with our policies & procedures.

The salon is still operating on an ‘appointments only’ basis until further notice & access to the salon will be on a one-to-one basis which will be strictly enforced, the only exception being the admission of members of the same household - at the salon managements discretion.

Good Morning all.

At the end of the first week after re-opening, can I just say what a week it’s been.

I was a little anxious as well as excited at the prospect or re-opening after so long, but the efforts made in planning & preparation has been rewarded.

It was good to be back, to see customers & staff, & this post is all about YOU. To say thank you to you all for adapting to the ‘new normal’.

It has reminded us how much we enjoy your company, value your custom, & appreciate your efforts.

Saturday 07:00 - 16:00
Sundays available subject to sufficient demand.
