🙌🏼 Any experience is welcome to apply - newly qualified therapists will be considered

🙌🏼 The position is to work self employed within a busy clinic and gym based environment

🙌🏼 Graduate sports therapists/rehab specialists/physiotherapists also welcome to apply

🙌🏼 Level 4 massage qualifications preferred but level 3 considered

🙌🏼 We are looking for someone to run our Saturday clinic however hours are negotiable

KNEE REPLACEMENT REHAB 🦵🏽 I can’t express enough the importance of real rehab post joint replacement, or any surgery for that matter! Here is a snippet of some hands on rehab on a lovely client 5 weeks post knee replacement. I could go on all day about this one! Ankle strengthening does not only involve calf raises! And certainly not with an excessive heel drop! Lets be creative and develop all elements of ankle strength from, proprioception, muscle strength, lateral movement, posterior chain development, acceleration work, power and agility, foot posture, gait… we could go on! . See how sports therapy can help you improve your ankle pain and injuries 💙

Cannot stress enough… have control over your movements and work your core. Not all training has to be heavy and quick! -Use a 2kg dumbbell… yes 2kg!! These exercises are a killer on the core -Move slow and controlled -Have equal weight between all 3 floor contacts -Activate your abs -Keep head in line Let us know what you think! 🙌🏼

I shouldn’t have favourites… but she’s just fabulous! 😜 Here we’re working on balance and core control and believe me these exercises are HARD! Commitment on this lady is incredible, we got back to full fitness after a knee replacement in just 10 weeks last year! Now we are undergoing our prehab for knee number 2! We don’t just treat sports injuries, any injury or maintenance is welcome here 💙
