LASER & THE SUN ☀️

Laser hair removal works by using light energy to target the hair follicle. Because of this, your skin can be more sensitive to UV exposure before and after treatment, so a little extra care in the sun goes a long way.

To get the safest, most effective results:
✨ Avoid direct sun exposure for 2 weeks before and after your appointment.
✨ Wear SPF 30+ every day on treated areas (even when it’s cloudy!).
✨ Cover up with loose clothing, hats or shade where possible.
✨ If you’ve caught the sun, have a tan, or are unsure whether your skin is suitable for treatment, let me know before your appointment so I can advise you.

Looking after your skin doesn’t just keep you safe—it also helps your treatments work as effectively as possible.

Selsey... I’m coming home! 🤍

Just under a year ago, I packed up Southern Laser and moved away. I honestly didn’t know when, or if, I’d ever be back.
But I’m so excited to finally say that from August, Southern Laser will be returning to Selsey full-time!

This is where it all began, and I couldn’t be happier to be bringing the clinic back home.

To everyone who has messaged asking when I’d be back, waited patiently, or continued to support my business from afar—thank you. Your support has meant everything.

I’ll once again be offering laser hair removal, tattoo removal and carbon laser facials, and I can’t wait to welcome both returning and new clients.

Appointments will be opening soon, so keep an eye on my page. I can’t wait to see you all again! 🤍

𝑨𝒏 𝑰𝒎𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒕 𝑺𝒐𝒖𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒏 𝑳𝒂𝒔𝒆𝒓 𝑼𝒑𝒅𝒂𝒕𝒆 🤍

Many of you know that my partner is in the military. We’ve recently received some news which has brought some unexpected changes for us. We have been told that we will be relocating, which wasn’t something we were expecting. With a heavy heart, I have made the difficult decision that Southern Laser Carterton will be closing its doors on 18th August.

To be completely honest, this wasn’t something we saw coming. I genuinely believed we’d be staying in Carterton for the foreseeable future, and I’m incredibly sad to be leaving. Over the last year I’ve poured my heart into building Southern Laser here, and saying goodbye to the clients and community that have supported me is going to be very difficult.
I want to say a heartfelt thank you to every client who has supported me since opening in Carterton. Your trust, loyalty, recommendations and support have meant the world to me, and I am so grateful for the wonderful community.

The good news is that Southern Laser is not closing. For the time being, the business will be returning to its original home in Selsey, West Sussex, whilst we settle into our next chapter and work out what the future holds.

To all of my Carterton clients, please don’t worry. I will be contacting anyone with ongoing treatment plans to discuss options and make sure you have plenty of notice before the move.

Whilst I completely understand that travelling to Selsey won’t be possible for everyone, I know some of you may wish to continue your treatments with me there. As the machine will be relocating to Selsey, I will be putting together some special incentives and loyalty offers for any Carterton clients who choose to make the journey South. Your support means more than I can put into words, and I would wholeheartedly appreciate anyone who continues their Southern Laser journey with me.

Thank you all for welcoming me, supporting my business and trusting me with your treatments.
