A few weeks ago in my Slimming World group we had a diamond Target Member competition. And the winners are Mary and Ken. Between then they have lost a total of 8 stone and 0.5lbs.

At Slimming World we eat Get And see .
This week these members got the following awards.

Caroline got her half stone award.

Pat got her 1.5 stone award
She also hit her club10 award and so did Paul which means they have both lost 10% of their starting weight.

Joyce was awarded her club10 award aswell.

And Mary reached her target weight

Paul and Louise was slimmers of the week by losing 2.5lbs in 1 week from the 1st session.

And Pat has done really well getting all her award this week AND then slimmer of the week for losing 3lbs from the 2nd sesion

All these fab member achieved their awards in my Slimming World group on Monday.

Jane got her half stone award.

Louise Emma and Mary all got their 1 stone award.

Stephen who came back this week having been away since Xmas achieved his 2.5 stone award.

Paul is doing really well following our exercise plan and he was happy to get his sliver body magic award.

Adele was awarded her club10 award, which means by losing 10% of her starting weight, she has reduced the risk of high blood pressure, risk of having a stoke and type 2 diabetes and has improved blood cholesterol levels, asthma, sleep apnoea and mobility.

Sue and Ruby were slimmers of the week.

Julie and Linda both achieved their 2.5 stone award.

Mary not only gained her club10 award, giving her significant health benefits, but was also slimmer of the week by losing 2lbs

Emma was also slimmer of the week by losing 3lb and then AND slimmer of the month for losing a total of 10 1/4 lbs for June.

Just look at these brilliant members from my Slimming World group who got their awards on Monday.

Emma lost 3.5lbs in a week and got her half stone, and was slimmer of the week.

Both Ruby and Tracy got their 1.5 stone awards.

Mariyn has lost 10% of her starting weight and has reduced the risk of a stroke, diabetes and has improved blood cholesterol levels, asthma, sleep apnoea and mobility.

Louise was also slimmer of the week.
