Thank you all for your support and well wishes over the last few months after I shared the news about closing Washla. It really has meant so much to me.

When one door closes, another opens… and this is ours.

I’m so grateful for all your support over the years, I truly mean that from the bottom of my heart. We’ve learnt so much along the way, and I’m hoping to take all of that into and make it even better.

For anyone interested, please head over to our new website to take a look and read our story. We’d love your feedback on it. Liam has been working so hard creating EVERYTHING from scratch. There’s been a lot of back and forth between us (and the kids!) on how things should look - they’ve been very involved too! By no means are we designers, but I think the logo looks pretty good. 😊

Since announcing the closure, I’ve been overwhelmed by the number of emails and messages I’ve received. Truly… I didn’t expect it.
Running Washla from home means I rarely meet customers face to face. I recognise many of your names when orders come through, but I’ve never actually seen the faces behind them. In a strange way, I know you — but I don’t really know you.

So when so many of you took the time to write, share kind words, and wish me well, it honestly made me quite emotional. The support from people I’ve never even met means more than I can say. Thank you for taking the time to reach out — I’m incredibly grateful.

There’s also been a surge in orders this week with many of you stocking up before we close. We’re starting to run low on shampoos, but we still have quite a bit of conditioner available.

If you’ve been thinking about stocking up, now is a good time to do so before everything is gone. Thank you again for all the kindness — it truly means the world. 💛🥹

Yup, Christmas is only 38 days away. Normally, I wouldn't even think about it until closer to the time but just to let you lovely people know Washla isn't closing over the festive period but the last posting date is Friday 19th December in order to guarantee it will arrive in time. So please please allow plenty of time!!

As a small online business Washla is open more or less 24/7! Unless I am physically away there is no reason to shut shop and even when I am away I'm still making sure I reply to messages. TRUTH is some days are good, some days are ok and some days are bad. We are riding the wave. 🌊
