Hello my lovelies

I just needed to make this post to ensure you are all aware of my cancellation policy, I am putting this out to you all now as I have had an increase in clients not showing up for there appointments meaning I’m loosing money waiting around for people who are not going to show and I could also fill in the spaces with waiting clients

My policy: if you need to cancel your appointment please do so at least 48 hours before your treatment

From now on

When you book your appointment you will be required to pay a non refundable booking fee, this will be 50% of the full treatment cost. Therefore at your appointment you only have to pay the remainder.

If you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours before your treatment you will be refunded your booking fee or you can move it to a different date, however if you fail to give me 48 hours notice your booking fee will not be refunded ( excluding private emergency situations)
