You can choose to walk or run either 50km, 100km or 200km throughout March to raise funds for Theo's Foundation

All you need to do is ask people to sponsor you and take those steps for change. 💪🏼

1 in 4 pregnancies unfortunately end in baby loss together we can help to make change and together we can support those who are affected. 💙

TODAY IS NATIONAL WALKING DAY 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️

Today encourages people of all ages to get out, stretch their legs & get their hearts pumping! 💪🏼
It reminds people about the health benefits of taking a walk, not only for your physical but mental health too! 🧘🏼‍♀️

HOW TO OBSERVE
👣 Take thirty minutes out of your day to go for a walk
👣 Find a trail near you or walk around your neighbourhood
👣 You can also visit a local park or even walk on your treadmill
👣 Take your canine pals with you, too. They need the cardiovascular workout, too!
👣 Take a friend to pass the time

Here are some great ways to make that 30-minutes more enjoyable 😁
💕 Wear comfortable clothes.
💕 Make sure to stretch those muscles, move your arms & try to maintain good posture
💕 Drink plenty of water - Staying Hydrated is key to good health, and glowing skin! ✨️

Remember, it doesn't matter the distance you travel, nor the speed you go, as long as you are moving! As time goes on, with daily practice your health will improve, and therefore you will be able to go a little faster, a little further and maybe you'll want to walk for longer! 😮

That's ok too! Just remember to pace yourself and to keep going 💜
