I hate to do this but sadly some people have just taken advantage over the last 2 weeks and think its ok to cancel appointments half an hour before their appointments. 😡 I can NOT run a business like that. So I have decided that all appointments must be paid for upfront, if you cancel your app 24 hours beforehand you’ll get the full amount back, if not you will lose the full amount.
