A little appointment update 🤎

As my business continues to grow, I wanted to share a small update regarding appointments.

Unfortunately, when appointments are missed without notice, it can result in unused products, lost appointment time and spaces that could have been offered to other clients.

I completely understand that unexpected situations and emergencies can happen, and I will always try to be as understanding and accommodating as possible.

Going forward, a small deposit will be required to secure your appointment. The deposit amount will depend on the treatment you are booking and will be confirmed at the time of booking.

This is simply to help protect my time, the cost of products and ensure appointments are reserved for those who are able to attend.
