What do you do to take care of yourself?

Obviously a regular visit to the Studio is a must but is there anything else you do or could do to nurture.

We live in a beautiful area surrounded by beautiful woodland and Rother Valley of course. So lots of chances to get out in nature. The village has a host of lovely coffee shops and cafes for connecting with friends and a thriving community.

Maybe you prefer something more self nourishing such as a lovely hot bath and a relaxing glass or wine or hot cup of tea.
Or you could see Elaine in the Clarity Room for a Reiki treatment or Stress reducing hypnotherapy.
Perhaps a visit to Tracey at Beauty Within for a wonderful massage or facial treatment.
