Important Cancellation Policy for the Christmas Period 🎄✨

Firstly we would like to say a big thank you to you all for keeping us busy all year round, we really do appreciate each and every one of you that walks through our salon doors 🤍
We are now heading into our busiest time of the year and wanted to remind everyone of our 48-hour cancellation policy.

Last minute cancellations leave us with gaps we can’t fill 🥺 and unfortunately it impacts our small business significantly during peak season.
Any cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged at 50% of the appointment price.

So I can’t quite believe it’s this time of year …

I’ll be returning to work tomorrow after my annual summer break.

I know it’s still only September but I’m now accepting appointments up till the end of 2025 🎄.

Please book in advance to avoid disappointment .

There is a lot of you and only one of me I will be extra days to try and accommodate.

All Saturdays in dec are already booked with regular clients .
