Apologies for this, but due to many more no show appointments and last second cancellations I'm introducing the below policy to the way I work.

I keep my prices low, remind everyone, start early and work late for everyones convenience and give free haircuts for Birthdays, but unfortunately still have missed appointments.

As you know, I really appreciare the "Hair by Claire Family" and all of your loyalty and really hope you all all understand, but any questions please just speak to me.
