Last minute cancellations and no shows really affect small business's like mine. I've had so many in the last couple of weeks 😞 I know sometimes things cant be helped but please always try and give at least 24 hours notice so I can try and fill the appointments.

From today any cancellation with less than 24 hours notice or any no shows will still have to be charged. I hate to have to do this but it's necessary for me to keep going.
