We’re really excited to be hosting Bonnie Southgate for Understanding The Hypermobile Universe — a two-day course for practitioners.

If you work with people with hypermobility, HSD or EDS, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your understanding of what can often be a complex and misunderstood area of practice.

Over two days, Bonnie will help practitioners look beyond simply identifying “flexible joints” and develop a much broader understanding of the hypermobile person — helping you feel more confident when assessing, treating and supporting these clients.

Whether you already see lots of hypermobile clients or you’re starting to realise just how many people in your caseload may have hypermobility-related issues, this course is designed to give you knowledge you can actually take back into clinical practice.

It’s that time of year again 🎶

We will be open Friday 24th and Sat 25th BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
‼️parking is extremely restricted and limited to residents and local business only. You will need a hangar for your car if you plan on driving to your appointment(the stewards will be monitoring the roads from 10am Friday). We have some available in our clinic from Tuesday afternoon ‼️

We wanted to give our lovely clients advance notice of a small pricing update coming into effect from 1st June 2026.

To continue providing the highest standard of care as our physiotherapy expertise and services continue to grow, physiotherapy appointments will increase by £5, with an additional £5 supplement for treatments including shockwave therapy or laser therapy.

✨ Massage service prices will remain unchanged.

We always aim to keep our prices as low and accessible as possible. However, due to increases in overheads such as utilities and rent, alongside the ongoing investment in continued training and professional development, these changes are necessary to maintain the quality of care we provide.

Any appointment booked before 1st June 2026 will still be charged at the current rates.

We completely understand that emergencies happen — that’s life. ❤️But when a session is missed or cancelled without at least an hour’s notice, it means the therapist scheduled for you doesn’t get paid for that time. Imagine turning up to work and not getting paid for an hour of your day.

We also run waiting lists, and every week around 2–3 people join hoping for an appointment. With a day’s notice, there’s a much better chance we can offer that slot to someone else — often someone who really needs it.

We’re self-employed, so last-minute cancellations or no-shows mean we’re left with empty time that could have been used helping another client. It impacts our income and honestly puts a bit of a downer on the day too.

We have our 24 hour cancellation policy for these reasons. It might seem a bit over the top for some but it’s our livelihoods and we’re trying to run a business here.

We truly appreciate your understanding and support. If you can’t make your appointment, please let us know as early as possible so we can help someone else. 🙏
