😕😕😕 Slimmers Confession 😕😕😕

Oh Slimming World, Slimming World.
What have I done!
I used to be happy, It used to be fun.
I loved seeing the scales go down each week,
my clothes feeling looser and now seeing my feet.
But sadly I stepped off the Slimming World train.
I stopped at the station of “Junk and weight gain”

I believed all the lies that led me astray.
That carrot cake is one of my five fruit a day.
That wine after all are really just grapes
That crisps are a tasty car-bo -hydrate.
That you cannot gain weight with one cookie, that’s true.
But it’s always followed by a packet or two.

So I stand on the platform with my hat in my hand.
And hope that my consultant will just understand.
I step on the scales to face what I’ve done.
And face the fact that I now weigh a ton.
I now warn all you slimmers on the Slimming World train.
NEVER stop at the station of “Junk and Weight Gain!”

Diamond Target members are those who have got to their target weight with Slimming World and stayed there for a year or longer!
