I often get asked if I'll do a bridal party's makeup without the bride and the answer is of course! Sometimes the bride does her own makeup or sometimes she already has her makeup artist, when Maddie got in touch she explained she was already sorted for her and her mum but wanted me there for her bridesmaids and it was such a lovely wedding morning!!

Just a 4 minute drive away getting ready at Maddie's family home. Lydia, Lucy and Charlotte were the best girls to do makeup for! Each had a different style which I created bespoke looks for and they loved it, the best reactions 🥰

Lydia chose a full coverage, matte, bronzed look with ch*****ne shimmer on the eyes which made her beautiful blue eyes pop!

Lucy had never had her makeup done before so she gave me a few tips on how she usually does her makeup and left the rest to me, she looked stunning!! So natural and radiant.

Charlotte had also never had her makeup done and went for a boho style makeup, really glowy and fresh which really enhanced her gorgeous features!

A Monday wedding!!

Can we make getting married on a Monday the new thing because it's honestly the best way to start the week and if more of you did I could have more weekends off 😂

Emma was so lovely from start to finish, we did 2 trials before the big day as she just made a few tweaks and I always recommend doing this to really nail the look!

A trial is where we meet and get to know eachother, learn all about your day and try out a look we come up with together. A second trial is making adjustments now you've seen yourself in bridal makeup, wether that's with eyes, skin or lips or maybe your own skin routine at home so that on the day it's absolutely perfect and your dream wedding makeup! Sometimes all you need is 1 trial but if you choose to have 2 there's nothing wrong with that.

Emma looked stunning! Such a lovely bridal party too! Creating makeup looks for everyone that suits their individual style and makes them look like their best selves 🥰 the grooms mum booked on last minute and I'm so glad she did because she looked gorgeous 😍

Soft glam looks good on you! 😍

Beckie looked so beautiful on her wedding day! When we met for her trial she explained that working in a nursery means she doesn't wear makeup however she does like the soft glam, bronzed style so that's what we did and it suited her so much!

A full coverage foundation, concealer, cream contour and so much more applied carefully in light layers to create this classy, natural looking bridal makeup.

Just a bride and her beautiful blue eyes!

Becky got married at the end of May and we all had a lovely morning getting ready at her venue Weddings at Tankersley Manor Hotel

Becky, her mum and bridesmaid Danielle all came to my home studio for a trial a few months previous as none of them are big makeup wearers so it was the perfect opportunity to get together and have a girly day whilst trying a makeup look for the wedding.

They all looked gorgeous on the day, I tailored the products and colours to suit them individually so that they would still look like themselves, just the most polished version for such a special occasion.

Natural beauty 💞

I loved doing Lexi's makeup for her prom! She just wanted something natural looking and she has the most amazing skin so I made sure we kept the freckles showing and enhanced her gorgeous eyes! Subtle, cool tones really enhanced the whole look and went so well with her gorgeous dress.

In my head I only left school 10 years ago but then I actually count the years and feel sick 😆🤣🙈

Fun fact! I went on my first night out down town (at 14!) with Lexi's mum and got caught in the first bar I walked in 🙄😩😂 fun times!

10 years ago when I was a few years in to self employed life I had my first fully booked season of proms! Back in the day when I was mobile and would be in and out of my car for hours on end. The trend in 2016 was full glam, dark eyes with packed on glitter, dip brows and bright undereyes, who remembers???!

I had a full circle moment doing Millie's makeup because her sister Lauren was one of my 2016 prom girls! I remember being so proud of what I did because deep down I've always been a more natural glam makeup artist but those were the days that really challenged my artistry 😅

Thank you to everyone that still recommends me, shares my work and continues to stay loyal, I'll never take it for granted!
