Self care shouldn't require an explanation!

All too often, I listen to clients tell me they have been judged for or had to explain why they get a regular massage.

Self care is the act of looking after your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
For some, this might involve movement, journalling, and meditation. For others, it might be socialising with loved ones and friends. For many people, getting a massage forms part of their self-care routine, and let's face it, you don't even need a reason to get a massage!

Top tip: use the chair provided to sit down whilst getting undressed/dressed💺

There's no reason to wobble around on one leg.
I don't want anyone injured or items broken from someone toppling over. Just take a moment to sit down or prop yourself on the edge of the massage table.

If you are worried about hygiene, please don't!
The chair is wipeable for a reason, it's cleaned in between clients.

My last working day before a Christmas break will be Tuesday 22nd December. I will then remain closed until after New Year.

I know it's only September but the online booking system is now open for the 1st of December and a few people have been asking so that they can plan when they want their appointments.

The booking system automatically releases appointments on a rolling basis, so tomorrow you'll be able to book the 2nd of December and so on.
