Anyone who knew my Grandma, Mollie, knows she was one of the most caring and compassionate people around. She taught me a lot about the person I want to be in life.

Today, someone brought me flowers to thank me for something I did for them (not massage related) and I didn't do it expecting a reward, I just wanted to help.

Gift card terms & conditions update!

We have made a minor change to the Gift Card terms and conditions, introducing a 12-month expiry date for e-gift cards. We think this remains very reasonable and anyone with a previously issued e-voucher will have 12 months from today to use any remaining balance.

• Gift cards are valid on daytime appointments (before 5pm), on weekdays only and are subject to appointment availability. Therefore we recommend getting in touch as soon as possible to book.

• E-gift cards expire 12 months after the date of issue. When redeeming you will need to provide the voucher code.

• Physical gift vouchers expire 6 months after issue. To redeem you will need to bring the voucher to your appointment.

Please note, we accept no responsibility for lost or damaged vouchers. No change is given and our cancellation policy applies for gift card bookings.
With any fee incured being deducted from the gift card value unless separate payment is received.
If you fail to bring your voucher or code to the appointment, full payment will be required by cash, card or bank transfer.

A: Michelle's availability is constantly changing as many of our clients have appointments scheduled around work meetings and sometimes need to change their appointment. So the quickest and easiest way to check up to date availability is via the online booking system.
