Drink plenty of water in the days leading up to your appointment. Well-hydrated skin is healthier and can respond better during the treatment process.

☕ Avoid Alcohol & Caffeine (24–48 Hours Before)
Alcohol and excessive caffeine can increase blood flow and make your scalp more sensitive, which may lead to increased bleeding during treatment. This can affect pigment implantation.

💊 Avoid Blood Thinners
If it's safe to do so, avoid fish oil, Vitamin E, aspirin, and other blood-thinning supplements or medications before your appointment. These can increase bleeding and affect your results. Always consult your doctor before stopping any prescribed medication.

☀️ Avoid Sun Exposure
Keep your scalp protected from direct sunlight and avoid sunburn before your treatment. Healthy, undamaged skin provides the best surface for SMP.
