🩵We had the best time being away for Mel’s wedding, we’ve just about recovered🩵

A beautiful day of healing was had today with our lovely .mamamume 💜
Lisa made a blend of Mama Cacao which is a deeply heart-opening plant medicine and plant spirit that gently enables you to release disempowering feelings and emotions, trauma and anything else that doesn’t serve you anymore as well as giving you a huge boost of serotonin and dopamine ✨
It was the perfect way to set intentions for the month as well as share some much needed positivity and support with one another 🫶🏼

March 2nd we will be hosting our first workshop with the lovely .mamamume we will doing some spiritual healing using the power of Cacao (plant medicine), Lisa will also be doing some guided meditation, card reading, some manifestation and help everyone gain a deeper understanding of the awakening process ✨✨
We also have our favourite coffee shop providing a sweet treat and their famous patties for us to snack on 🤩 doesn’t really get better than that does it!
