As a sufferer of persistent painful hormonal acne mostly down to PCOS I’m always looking for things to reduce inflammation mainly the redness that surrounds my acne on my cheeks and chin making it more noticeable.

My sister recommended smearing Sea Moss all over my face before bed, it didn’t smell of anything and didn’t tingle or itch on my face.

The only thing I didn’t like was the feeling when it was drying but I hate that face mask feeling anyway.

I slept with it on and can honestly say the redness and pain caused by my spots has GONE! It hasn’t treated my acne over night don’t get me wrong but I’ve got a feeling by using this once or twice a week I’ll start seeing a difference in the acne itself too👍🏽
