Hi everyone 🤍

Just a little reminder of a few salon policies to help everything run smoothly. Most of you are amazing, and I really appreciate your support, but I’ve noticed a few things becoming a little relaxed recently, so I just wanted to pop out a friendly reminder.

✨ Adjustments to appoitments
If you want to change, add or remove a treatment from your appoitment please let me know this beforehand as it adjusts the time I need booked out for you.

✨ Price list
As many of you know, my prices increased in April. If you’re ever unsure what your appointment should cost, please just ask before your appointment, I’m always happy to let you know.

✨ Lash infills
To be classed as an infill, you must have at least 50% of your lash extensions remaining. If you’ve lost more than this, your appointment will require significantly more time and products, so an additional charge will apply. To help your lashes last as long as possible, please avoid pulling, rubbing or excessively touching them, as this can cause premature shedding.

✨ Cancellation policy
Appointments cancelled or rearranged with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment cost. This is because it’s very difficult for me to fill appointments at such short notice and with it being my sole income it makes a big impact if I get multiple within a week. I am completely aware things crop up and life is super busy but as much notice as possible is really appreciated!

✨ Payments
Please can all payments be made by cash or bank transfer before leaving the salon. I know forgetting isn’t intentional, but I’m finding more payments are being missed until clients get home, which then means I have to chase them up.

✨ Arriving on time
Please do your best to arrive on time for your appointment. Even being five minutes late can have a knock-on effect on my day, especially when I’m fully booked with back-to-back clients. Running behind for one appointment unfortunately impacts everyone else after you.

As many of you know, our wedding is finally here! 💍✨

I am now officially out of office and won’t be replying to messages until 21st June while we celebrate and enjoy our holiday.

Thank you all so much for your kind wishes, cards, gifts, presents, and money. We are incredibly grateful for your generosity and thoughtfulness. We’re actually leaving everything to open when we get back from holiday (Harry insists we have to wait!)🤣

I just wanted to say how thankful I am for all of my lovely clients and for the love and support we’ve received ahead of our wedding. It means more to us than you know.
