Not every under-eye concern needs tear trough filler.

Dark circles, hollowness, pigmentation, visible vessels, skin laxity and a pronounced tear trough can all look similar but they are not the same problem and they shouldn’t all be treated the same way.

This is why I assess the whole periorbital area rather than simply adding tear trough filler for every tired eye.
