Our team are self employed, meaning if you cancel on the day the time slot can’t be filled which directly impacts take home pay. We’re here to meet the appointments and send plenty of reminders so please value our time. Life has ups and downs and we’re sympathetic to unavoidable issues that mean you can’t make it. Just not showing up is truly unfair 😢
