This is something I absolutely HATE doing but something needs to be said due to the amount of cancellations this month.

This week I’ve lost out on over £200, this impacts me massively and also means one of my days I’ve not even covered my chair rent. Imagine it as going to work and being told you’re getting a set amount took off your wage. For instance, I’ve lost over £550 this month and we’re only halfway through due to a lot of cancellations. I am the most understanding when things come up and things can happen suddenly but I’ve also had people just not turn up, forget and just cancel without reason.

I’ve never had to take deposits but this is something that has got to come into place. I’m looking at amending my prices slightly anyway I’ve just not got round to this yet. Depending on the price of the appointment will go off what deposit you need to pay.

This is not aimed at anyone in particular I just needed to get this across as this cannot keep happening to me.
