✨ H O L L Y W O O D Waves ✨

So yesterday was my first ever time attempting the famous Hollywood wave and safe to say I think I actually did it 🙊👏🏼

I’m lucky enough I haven’t been asked for this in the many years I’ve been doing this amazing job as a hairstylist so haven’t had to turn anybody away but the time has come that I need to push myself that bit more to learn this gorgeous style.

I would not have been able to do it without the support and guidance of my amazing fellow stylist so a massive thanks and shoutout to her.
As much as I’ve always kind of known how to do it I just needed that confidence and reassurance plus a few pointers. Amy did just that for me 🤍

Big thankyou to my lovely client for having patience with me and allowing me to extend my skills 🤍 she also had amazing hair but we still added a few rows of extensions just for that extra thickness as this style is one that the majority of the time will need that extra bit of thickness. So be prepared for extensions!

Please bear in mind this style can take up to 2 hours to complete 😬 so something to consider for times on your wedding mornings.

Also I’ll be real as I always am, it’s not a style for anyone that likes to play with their hair or move it around. Each wave is moulded and set. So just something to think about if your thinking about having this style 😊

I’ll be practicing on some of my friends so more photos to follow but I can officially now say I have completed the Hollywood wave 🙌🏼
