You all know my appointments are added to my stories regularly, and if you’re ready for some proper me time, I’m always happy to have you on my bed.

But here’s something I really want to say…

One facial isn’t going to magically “fix” your skin. And honestly, your skin doesn’t need fixing. 🤍

A facial can give your skin that lovely fresh, healthy-looking glow, help with cleansing and exfoliation, and give you that gorgeous feeling of being properly looked after.

But what you do between your appointments matters too.

✨ Keep your skin clean
✨ Moisturise regularly
✨ Wear SPF during the day
✨ Drink plenty of water
✨ Try not to pick or squeeze your skin
✨ Change pillowcases regularly
✨ Remove your makeup before bed
✨ Give your skin time — consistency is key!

And please remember…

Skin is not supposed to look like glass. 🫶🏼

We have pores.
We have texture.
We have little lines, marks, blemishes and the odd breakout.

Because we’re real people, not conservatories! 😂🤍

Social media can make us feel like our skin should be completely smooth, poreless and glowing 24/7 — but real skin has texture.

So yes… book the facial.
Come and relax. Switch off. Let me look after you for an hour or two. 🤍

But also… be kind to your skin at home.

It doesn’t have to be perfect to be healthy, cared for and beautiful. ✨
