A great weekend event at the Spitfire Scramble
After last years success we formed another team running for Challenging MND which did 24 hours of laps around
It was HOT and dusty and avoiding some wildfires but we pushed on and managed to grab 3rd place for our category.

An excellent week canoeing across Scotland on the Great Glen Canoe Trail, 92km across from Fort William through Loch's, Locks and canals to Inverness.
Great fun and challenging experience.
Huge shout out to Lianne Trendell for her patience, support and help with completing this event.

Well done to .shanley who completed the Vietnam Ironman recently. Great effort in the heat and was an absolute pleasure to help with his recovery sessions during an intense training block.
