How often do you cleanse and tone??

So this is what another consultant has posted and I just had to post it! It’s so so true! I notice this with my skin, if I haven’t wore makeup etc, it’s still this filthy! It’s crazy!

*Admittedly I never really had a skin care before I started this job. However I do have a skin care routine in the mornings and evenings, regardless of weather I stick to it all the time I do ALWAYS cleanse, tone and moisturise.

These photos were taken in the morning bare in mind that I have cleansed, toned and moisturised my face before bed. So this is from purely sleeping. Yes it's gross but imagine I hadn't done it the night before, that would of been so much worse.

Remember to look after your skin and face especially as your face is always exposed.
