Sherborne Town Council

There's not long to go before Pack Monday Fair is back in Sherborne and we're looking forward to seeing the stalls lining the streets, music playing and the fun fair back at the Terrace Playing Fields.

This year we are selling the Sherborne Cup from our stall on Cheap Street.

All proceeds from the cup will be reinvested into sustainability projects in the town.

The cup is available in blue or white, have Jayson Hutchins Sherborne design on them and would make a great present for a friend or relative or even a gift to yourself ☕

Inland Dorset is one of the county's best kept secrets🤫

We are restarting story time on Monday 12th October. 📖

Story time will run every Monday afterwards from 10:30-11am. Come along for a story or two, play and meet with others!

Suitable for ages 2-6, no booking required.

Today is World Alzheimer's Day and Sherborne Abbey is being lit up in recognition of this💜

As part of our continued improvement in becoming an age and dementia friendly town, Sherborne Town Council's staff and councillors will be undergoing dementia training with the Alzheimer's Society💙

On Friday 25th September the Dorset High Sheriff, Dr Helena Conibear DL and the Mayor of Sherborne, Cllr Suresh Jeganathan will be walking from Stourton Caundle to Sherborne as part of the The Dorset High Sheriff's County Line Walk to raise awareness regarding county lines and fundraise for local charities that support and protect young people.
