This week, I experienced a couple of no-shows, resulting in a loss of £110 for my small business.

I completely understand that life happens and plans can change, but if you're unable to make your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible. Giving notice allows me the opportunity to offer the appointment to another client who may be waiting for a space.

As a self-employed business owner, missed appointments have a significant impact on both my time and income.

💫 More than 48 hours notice – no charge
💫 Less than 24 hours notice – 50% of appointment cost
💫 Same-day cancellations – 100% of appointment cost
💫 No-shows – 100% of appointment cost
