“Just monitor it.”
One of the most common things I hear from clients that they’ve been told before they come in for cryotherapy.
And whilst monitoring your skin is important, so is understanding that not every raised lesion, skin tag or age-related growth needs to simply be “put up with” if it’s catching, bothering your confidence or becoming irritated.
This result was achieved with cryotherapy ❄️
a quick, targeted treatment used to treat a range of benign skin lesions with minimal downtime.
One thing I’ll always say though:
Not everything should be frozen.
This is why proper assessment matters first. Knowing what you’re looking at, understanding when something is suitable for treatment, and when something needs referred or investigated further, is the most important part of safe skin practice.
If you’ve got something on your skin you’ve been unsure about, feel free to message me and we can chat through whether it’s something I can help with.

I’ve stopped fake tanning.
Not because I think there’s anything wrong with it, I have worn it for years and loved it. It actually started way back when I was 16. I went for a pantomime audition at college and got asked to go and put more makeup on because I was so pale they couldn’t see me properly under the stage lights.
And from then on… tan just became part of performing.
Especially with the band, it felt like part of getting “stage ready.”
But one day, not too long ago, the girls made a comment about my tan… and it just made me pause.
They’ve both got my pale skin.
And I realised I don’t want them growing up thinking it needs changed.
So I went cold turkey.
No gradual fade, no “just for weekends”… just back to my natural skin tone. And honestly? It has taken some getting used to, but equally, it’s been quite freeing. It’s made me have to adjust my makeup and I definitely need to get used to the pale legs 😅
But, if I want the girls to feel confident in their skin then I need to show them what that actually looks like and embrace my own.
Curious where everyone sits on this:
are you a die-hard tanner or have you embraced your natural skin tone? ✨

You seem to be clear for short stints but then skin starts to misbehave again. It’s never consistently clear.
Well the truth is this.
Treatments will only carry you so far.
Products will only carry you so far.
If you don’t address the other areas that impact your skin like your nutrition, your sleep or your stress then you will never break the cycle.
Clear - Flare - Clear - Flare - Start Again
This was why I build my own signature method to support people without the continuous dance of some days clear, some days not. I wanted to create something that actually lasts.
If this is you and nothing seems to last, let’s talk.

I don’t work in quick fixes or 30-day promises.
Real skin change happens when the body feels supported - not pressured.
That’s why my signature method happens in 3 phases:
we regulate first,
then rebuild,
then we learn how to sustain it in real life.
This is how skin becomes calmer.
This is how confidence returns.
This is how I work and get results.

Lately has looked a bit different.
Less time on here, more time actually doing the work behind it.
Last week I was in a primary school talking about ‘bugs in the belly’, all things gut health, food, and how it all links together.
And the biggest takeaway?
How simple it was for them to understand.
No overthinking it. No second guessing.
Just clear, instinctive understanding.
It really made me realise how much we unlearn, or overcomplicate things, as we get older.
Is this you?
Most of the women I work with fall into one (or all) of these:
• Your skin makes NO sense
• You react to everything
• You’ve “tried everything”
• You’re doing your best but still don’t feel confident
• Your skin changes with stress, hormones or sleep
• You want a realistic, whole-body way to improve your skin
You don’t need extremes.
You don’t need perfection.
You don’t need a bathroom shelf full of products.
You just need support that considers your whole body, not just surface level.
If this resonates, This page is literally built for you.
My signature method is what builds sustainable results ✨💛
