I am an internationally trained Beauty Therapist and have been in the beauty industry since 1995. My therapy space is located in the beautiful village of Pontesbury nestled amongst the Shropshire Hills Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Within my treatment space you will experience something for all the senses. A heated blanket and warm cozy throws for the cool days, a stable door allowing the outside inside on those warm summer days. Aromatherapy oils filling the air, the heavenly scent of natural wood produced by the very hut itself and the experience, knowledge and touch of a therapist who has dedicated 100% of her attention to you to ensure you have the best experience possible. Being a busy mum of 3 I understand the importance of self care. So I invite you to join me in my beautifully unique and relaxing Shepherds Hut to indulge in a variety of highly professional well being, holistic and beauty treatments. I currently work on a Wednesday, Thursday Friday and Saturday morning. However other appointments are available outside these hours by appointment only. When coming for your treatment please make your way directly to my back garden via the side of my house where you will find me in my beautiful Shepherds Hut.

My diary is now open for Christmas 🎄 and I have lots of availability throughout September and October.

Home for the next few days…….
I’m now away from the hut until August 18th. I have very limited availability left for August but plenty of appointments still available in September.
I’ll soon be opening up my diary for Christmas too, so I’ll see you soon.

How I spend my Saturday’s now………
Choosing to give up working a Saturday was a scary decision for me. Working in an industry where Saturday’s are one of our busiest days it felt reckless of me to not make myself available, but it’s turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
In the winter months I get to spend the morning with my girl at her football and in the summer months I get to have lazy mornings pampering myself and recharging those mid life batteries!
My business hasn’t suffered, it’s simply grown in a different direction and allowed me to grow too.

There comes a moment when we stop waiting for someone else to rescue us, fix us, or make everything better, and instead begin showing up for ourselves with the love, care and compassion we so freely offer others.
When we stop outsourcing our happiness and take ownership of our well being we put ourselves in the driving seat of our own life. It means we’ve accepted personal responsibility and can really start living life with authenticity, purpose and meaning. It’s a powerful place to be. It’s also where we are meant to be!
