MORE CURLS and waves in the salon last week with returning clients travelling from as far as Mold and Oxford to trust me with their curls.
One thing I hear regularly is how clients feel let down by the hairdressing industry not understanding or respecting curls.
Last week:
One client told me how she used to take a hat with her to every appointment so she could hide the mess made of her curls when she left the salon 😢
Another told how a hairdresser straightened her hair before giving her a “curly cut”. 😮
Another said how she told the hairdresser what she didn’t want but came out with exactly that. 😡
Another thanked me for providing such a calm, relaxing environment in my lovely salon. I only see one client at a time so you have my undivided attention from start to finish. 😌

CURL RESHAPE - Nikki has been coming regularly from Stafford for her cuts for more than 5 years.
You can see she has a good understanding of how to look after her curls at home.
She just needed a slight reshape to remove the emerging triangle effect.

AMAZING VOLUME for Lexxi - this was a stunning transformation which surprised us both.
Fine hair can easily become weighed down with the wrong products.
Lexxi’s low density waves were hidden but came to life with a DevaCut (I had to be very careful with the layering so as not to create see-through ends).
She has the potential to become even more curly in the coming months if she continues with her personalised washing and styling routine at home.

HEALTHY CURLS again for Claire.
It had been two years since Claire’s last cut due to the demands of motherhood and understandably not having time for herself.

ENJOYING HER CURLS - Michelle is embracing her curls after years of having a pixie cut.
Now she feels more authentic and is embracing her curls instead of cutting them off and straightening them. She wanted lift and shape.
MIchelle is a fellow independent Shrewsbury businesswoman who trades in the town centre from her shop White Lotus Living on Wyle Cop.
