I’ve been very quiet on here due to this madam that we rehomed a couple of weeks before Christmas!

Meet Roxy!

She’s 7 months now! We rehomed her as her previous family couldn’t cope. She’s been an absolute whirlwind and logisticallly it’s been hard work so thank you to all those clients who met her before Christmas and had to endure her seperation anxiety!

She seems a lot more settled now and is almost looking forward to meeting everyone when I’m back to work tomorrow! …… She’s a work in progress but she’s clever so she will get there!

Yesterday was probably one of the worst mornings of my life!
Max was running around in typical springer fashion and got run over. He’s now in a better place but my little meet and greet won’t be here to see you all.
Equally my doorbell won’t let me know you have arrived so if you could all knock on the porch window as the doorbell is still out of action.

I had the pleasure of doing Sarah's nails today not just because it was her birthday (she bought cake, and gluten free.... top marks!) But it was very important prep ready for her 1/2 marathon run in a couple of weeks in memory of her very special friend Nic Berry who sadly passed away in Oct 24 at the age of 37 after a lengthy battle with breast cancer.

Nic despite her illness, raised thousands for this worthy charity.

Sarah has found the training hard even though she is a regular runner. Both Sarah and her husband John are running the Great Cumbian Run in Carlisle on the 5th October, pls support her if you can xx

Some of you may have seen the media storm in the last couple of days claiming that gel polish is being banned in the EU! This is a misleading article designed to grab attention and send everyone into a panic!

Just to clarify, the EU have banned the use of the chemical TPO in gel polish and the following articles explain more in detail than I can articulate.

Ink London ( the brand that I switched to a few years ago) are ahead of this yet again and have removed this chemical from their polishes for a while now and is the whole reason I switched from the previous brand to them, they put us before their profit!
