Hi all- I’ve switched booking systems due to Fresha updating their charges.
I am still trying to get used to the new setup and they have imported all upcoming appointments into the system for me, this means you may have to redo consultation forms/card confirmations.
I am still confirming appointments with card details to secure the appointment from no shows- no payment will be taken until your appointment, it’s just a security measure- and you can still pay by cash, card or bank transfer on the day 😊
