My client will advocate that it’s not just me blabbing “don’t pick off gel” for a laugh, it actually does damage your nails! She had sore, thin and brittle nails but hopefully now we can carry on with beautiful and looked after nails 🥰

There is no “one size fits all” when it comes to nails. This is a builder gel client of mine, they are her natural nails underneath the gel and we had to take them down as they’d grown so much on holiday!
