I have hair envy 😭

I’m going to keep this as polite as possible but it’s come to a point now where my stylists are suffering.
Please if you do not want your appointment, you’re not feeling great a couple of days before your appointment, or you simply can’t make it just let us know in advance so we can rebook someone else. These last two weeks have been absolutely awful for us with people just not turning up and when we call, we get no answer! Please just cancel 48 hours prior. It is frustrating and it’s our living, we don’t have another income. We will be taking deposits for ALL December appointments, this is what it has come to. I want to stay in business but at this rate it’s not looking promising. Thanks for reading.
