1. Try and avoid soaking your hands in the water for long periods of time.
2. Use your cuticle oil! It should be the first item on the packing list!
3. Suncream - wash off your hands after using suncream. It can build up excess oil around your nails and cause lifting.
4. Remember, they are jewels, NOT tools.
