We’re at the stage where they fight over everything and anything. But bring out distracts them and it turned out to be a pretty good day tbf. And I got a couple of nice bits and a nice bit of lunch 🙌🏼 I’ll take that as a win 💁🏽‍♀️

Mon-Friday Carla is a different person to weekend Carla. But life is also about balance. Fridays are normally my fav day of the week. It’s takeaway and wine night. It’s the simple pleasures 🙌🏼 and to be honest I’m lucky that my PT has trained my head to stop thinking of anything as bad. I’ve got an addictive personality so I can easily fall into all or nothing. But it’s more about lifestyle changes. (I used to hate it when people said that) but a few wines. Enjoying a night out. Having a McDonald’s or eating a whole tonies bar whilst watching off campus. Did you 💀…. No. Am I going to punish myself also no. Cos I bloody enjoyed it.
Will I be back in the gym next week yes. Because mentally my brains going wild and it’s the only time I switch off tbh.
